Valarie is an Entrepreneur. She’s a jack of many trades and she’s chosen to make it her business to provide quality services in the community in which she was born, raised and dwells--Brooklyn, New York. Valarie takes on multiple positions and currently serves as Head Chef and Chief Operations Officer for Valarie’s, LLC where she prepares and cooks all meals, designs all corporate concepts and oversees the everyday business of Valarie’s, LLC.

Valarie's, LLC is an event planning company that services NYC with concentration in the Brooklyn areas of East New York, Bedford Stuyvesant, Flatbush, Brownsville, Crown Heights, Canarsie and Starret City as well as Englewood and Teaneck, NJ.
What is the history of Valarie's, LLC?
Valarie's, LLC initially served as a soul-food meals delivery service in East New York and in no time, word spread and orders started coming in from companies and local organizations. Catering and event planning came naturally and so did a referral based clientele. In 2002, after responding to customer requests, The Venue was established. To date, Valarie's, LLC now consists of 3 divisions and contracts with a select and professional group of industry vendors. Thanks to the warm reception of East New York, Valarie's (in conjunction with local sponsors) will be offering cooking sessions to the community's youth. The history of Valarie's, LLC is also the inspiration for the Anniversary Edition of the upcoming keepsake coffee table cookbook "Reservations Required" which is scheduled for publication in 2009.
